Meet Rebeca!

Rebeca Calix joined Allegiance Property Management in January 2024. As Maintenance Coordinator, Rebeca supports our Director of Maintenance and Property Turnover, Kayla Brooks, by assisting investors and residents with their maintenance needs. Rebeca brings valuable experience from her prior work in the buying and selling of properties in Virginia. This included hands-on coordination of inspections, renovation projects, and property repairs—skills that translate seamlessly to her current role. Her enthusiasm for connecting with diverse individuals and her ability to make swift decisions in unforeseen circumstances make her an asset to our team. Rebeca’s small but loving family includes her husband and their dog, Blue. Outside of work, she enjoys reading investigative journalism books, exploring new recipes in the kitchen, and advocating for animal welfare.
