Collaboration is a privilege, and we view success as a two-way street. Through our Agent Referral Program, our team will provide the highest level of leasing and property management services to your client, and once they are ready to sell, we will hand them right back. Meanwhile, you can rest assured that your clients are in excellent hands, giving you the freedom to focus on growing your business.

LEASING & MANAGEMENT

25% OF ONE MONTH'S RENT

Refer your client to Allegiance Property Management and we'll handle 100% of the rental listing, leasing, and management. In return, you'll receive a one-time referral fee of 25% of one month's rent once the property is leased. Referral fee is paid 90 days after lease commencement; new clients only.

MANAGEMENT OF TENANT-OCCUPIED PROPERTY

$250 REFERRAL FEE

Do you have an investor client who is spending time managing their own properties? Show them how they can free up their time by sending them our way. Agents will earn a one-time $250 referral fee once the property has been under management for 90 days. New clients only.

LEASING PARTNER & MANAGEMENT

In some cases, we understand you would like to handle the initial rental listing. For first-time listings only, we will execute a management agreement with your client, and you can handle the listing. We will still do the heavy lifting with the rental application process, tenant screening, and lease execution, and you will earn a one-time $250 referral fee. Referral fee is paid 90 days after lease commencement; new clients only.
