Meet Kayla!

Kayla Brooks has been an integral part of Allegiance Property Management since 2016, after relocating from the Chicago suburbs. Now serving as our Director of Maintenance and Property Turnover, Kayla oversees all maintenance operations, tenant turnover processes, and property transitions, ensuring exceptional outcomes for clients and tenants alike. At Allegiance, we understand that maintenance is a critical concern for our investor clients. Kayla’s expertise in managing high-pressure situations, including insurance claims and disaster response, ensures their properties are always in capable hands. She excels at overseeing large-scale maintenance projects, tenant turnover, and guiding clients through property renovations, consistently maximizing the value and appeal of their investments. With a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and Philosophy, Kayla’s education fuels her passion for fostering positive interpersonal relationships. She also holds a Virginia Real Estate Salesperson license, earned in 2020, showcasing her dedication to being well-rounded in the industry. Outside of work, Kayla loves spending time with her rescue dogs, Charlie and Sophie, who bring her endless joy.
