At Allegiance Property Management, we keep things simple: one comprehensive management plan that covers everything your rental property needs. We don’t offer tiered packages or “basic vs. premium” options—every client receives the full benefit of our complete service model. After all, why pay for half the service when your property deserves the full attention and protection that only complete management provides.

Tenant Placement Fee

Monthly Management Fee:

+$300 additional onboarding fee for tenant-occupied properties; includes inherited tenant transition/setup
Lease Renewal Fee:

of the total cost of owner-approved renovation, restoration, or capital improvement projects exceeding $7,500, with the Project Coordination Fee capped at a maximum of $2,000 per project.

- Maintenance coordination (including after-hours emergencies)
- HOA point of contact and coordination as needed
- Lease renewal negotiations & property turnover coordination
- Eviction oversight, including coordination with legal counsel and courts as needed
- Compliance with local & state laws
- Year-end tax documents
- Unlimited owner consultation & support
Additional Administrative & Coordination Fees
- Work Order Coordination Fee: $25 per completed/invoiced work order under $7,500
- Home Warranty Coordination Fee: $175 per claim
- Insurance Claim Coordination Fee: $500 per claim
- Lease Modification Fee: $250 per owner-requested lease modification
- Annual Property Condition Survey: $175 annually
- Utility management administrative fees may apply where utilities are managed through Allegiance’s utility management provider
