of the total cost of owner-approved renovation, restoration, or capital improvement projects exceeding $7,500, with the Project Coordination Fee capped at a maximum of $2,000 per project.

- HOA point of contact and coordination as needed
- Lease renewal negotiations & property turnover coordination
- Eviction oversight, including coordination with legal counsel and courts as needed
- Compliance with local & state laws
- Year-end tax documents
- Unlimited owner consultation & support
Additional Administrative & Coordination Fees
- Work Order Coordination Fee: $25 per completed/invoiced work order under $7,500
- Home Warranty Coordination Fee: $175 per claim
- Insurance Claim Coordination Fee: $500 per claim
- Lease Modification Fee: $250 per owner-requested lease modification
- Annual Property Condition Survey: $175 annually
- Utility management administrative fees may apply where utilities are managed through Allegiance’s utility management provider
