Meet Wilson!

Wilson Arevalo is our Leasing Coordinator and the newest member of the Allegiance team, but don’t let that fool you—he brings a wealth of experience to the role. In his previous career as a Training Specialist, Wilson delivered customer service excellence workshops and managed high-performing customer service teams. Affectionately known as our "Director of First Impressions,” Wilson is the welcoming voice clients and tenants hear first. At Allegiance, delivering the best customer experience is our top priority, and Wilson understands the assignment. As Leasing Coordinator, his primary responsibilities include overseeing the rental application process, screening applicants, managing inquiries from prospective tenants, coordinating marketing efforts, and providing invaluable administrative support to the team. His outgoing personality, keen attention to detail, and natural ability to build rapport make him a perfect fit for Allegiance. Outside of work, Wilson enjoys spending time with his wife, son, and two beloved cats. A nature enthusiast, he has a passion for traveling to explore new cities and towns. In his downtime, Wilson loves watching documentaries that feed his curiosity about nature, our planet, and beyond.
